Something I read sometime ago written by Harry Palmer called Actions Aligned with the Creation of an Enlightened Planetary Civilization:

"Learn 'hello,' 'friend' and 'thank you' in as many foreign languages as you can."

It captured my attention as a really neat way to expand my personal "international" boundaries as well as making me able to communicate the most basic phrases in every language I could.

I recently found some cool web pages that help to further that goal:

Before I did the Avatar Course (back in 1998), I felt depressed and despairing of ever having the life I wanted. I felt trapped by my life and unsure of how to create what I wanted.

After using the Avatar tools in many areas of my life, I am now very happily married, live in the perfect neighborhood for our family and have created a business for myself that is inspiring, fulfilling and exactly in alignment with who I am.
